Cookie Policy
What cookies we use, why we use them, and how you stay in control.

What cookies and similar tools are
Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser. Similar tools include browser storage (also called local storage) and pixels. They let a website remember your choices, keep you signed in to a booking flow, and understand which pages people find useful.
How we use them
We use cookies and browser storage only for practical reasons: to make the website work, to remember your preferences, and to see in general terms how the site is being used so we can improve it. We do not use them to sell your information or to follow you across unrelated websites with advertising.
The types we use
Strictly necessary: these make basic features work, such as loading the page correctly, protecting forms from spam, and letting you schedule a meeting with us.
Preferences: these remember things you chose, such as the language you picked for our online insurance guide and the conversation you had with it, so you do not lose them when you come back.
Performance and analytics: these tell us in aggregate which pages are visited and where visitors came from. This information is used to keep the site useful, not to identify you personally.
What is stored on your device
Your online insurance guide conversation and your language choice are saved in your own browser, on your device. They are not a marketing profile, and clearing your browser data removes them.
If you book a meeting with us, the scheduling service we use sets its own cookies while you are completing that booking.
Third-party tools
Some parts of the site are provided by partners who may set their own cookies: the AI service that powers our online guide, the scheduling service used for Zoom meetings, our email delivery provider, and any website-measurement tool we enable from time to time.
These providers handle your information under their own policies. We list the categories above so you know what to expect, and we do not allow cookies that are not needed for the site to serve you.
Your choices
You can control cookies in your browser settings — you may block or delete them, or set your browser to ask before accepting. Most browsers let you clear site data for a single website, which is the quickest way to reset your guide conversation and preferences.
If you block cookies, the website will still load, but some conveniences may stop working: your guide conversation and language choice will not be remembered, and the meeting booking step may not complete.
You can also ask us at any time what we hold about you or request that we delete it, using the contact details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the tools we use or the law change. The date below shows the current version; continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
