Terms & Conditions

The ground rules for using our website and working with us.

Effective October 27, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting ferrerinsurancegroup.com, requesting a quote, using our online insurance guide, or scheduling a meeting with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website and contact us another way.

About us and the services we provide

Ferrer Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency. We help individuals, families and businesses compare and place property, casualty, commercial and life insurance, arrange Aetna group benefit plans, and provide notary services.

We are an independent agency, not a carrier. Policies are issued and underwritten by the insurance companies we work with, and every policy is governed by its own wording, endorsements, conditions and exclusions.

Quotes, estimates and coverage

Anything shown or sent through this website — including online forms, sample figures and general explanations — is an estimate for comparison only. It is not an offer of insurance, not a binding agreement, and not a promise that coverage will be issued or that a price will hold.

Final pricing and eligibility depend on underwriting by the carrier, the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, and the rules that apply in your state. Coverage only begins once a carrier issues a policy and any required payment is made.

You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and complete. Incorrect or missing details — such as a vehicle identification number, property details, business operations or employee counts — can change your quote, delay binding, or affect a claim.

Insurance advice and the online guide

Our online insurance guide is a convenience tool that answers general questions and suggests topics to raise with us. Its answers are informational only, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not individualized insurance, legal, tax or financial advice.

Always confirm coverage details with one of our licensed agents and read your policy documents before relying on anything the guide tells you. Nothing in a guide conversation changes your policy, creates coverage, or forms a contract between us.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, submit false or someone else's information, use automated tools to scrape or bulk-submit content, or use the site in a way that could harm us, our carriers or other visitors.

All text, graphics, logos and layout on this website belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or republished without our written permission.

Appointments, quotes and communications

When you schedule a meeting with us, please let us know if you need to change or cancel it so we can release the time. By requesting a quote or leaving your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. You can ask us to stop at any time using the contact details below.

Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and you may opt out of messages by replying STOP.

Notary services

Our notary services are limited to what a notary public is authorized to do in New York, such as witnessing signatures and administering oaths. A notary does not give legal advice, does not prepare legal documents, and cannot tell you which document to sign or whether it is right for you. For advice about a document, please consult a qualified attorney.

Third parties and carrier materials

The website may link to carriers, Aetna, our scheduling provider and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability or policies. Their own terms apply once you use them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, from information presented on it, or from a delay or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here excludes or limits coverage or benefits payable under any insurance policy issued by a carrier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to the website will be handled in the courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services, carriers or the law change. The date shown below is the current version; continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
